表面增強拉曼光譜(Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy, SERS)透過電漿增強的激發和散射,不僅保留了拉曼光譜的豐富光譜資訊並且增加了靈敏度。本計畫以奈米平台(一、二、三型)作為基礎,以單一或復合的方式,提高待測物的拉曼光譜訊號。目前本研究已經測試奈米平台對於R6G及多種農藥均有放大SERS的效果,未來搭配可攜式光譜儀,可以應用在農藥的檢測及田間試驗中,達到縮短檢測時間及檢測的便利性。

Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy(SERS) could have the properties of both the information of diverse chemical fingerprints and high-sensitivity through the phenomenon of plasmon-enhanced excitation and scattering. According to the different combination of systems and structures, three types of platform were built to enhance the intensity of SERS signal. These platforms have been applied to the cascade amplification of the SERS signal for a variety of analytes, such as R6G and pesticides to date. In the future, these platforms could be used to detect many of pesticides in field trials with portable spectrometer to reduce the detection time and increases convenience for customers.
